      Endevor Administrator (1993 to 2004)                      

• Software administrator for Product Delivery supporting ENDEVOR 3.9 SP(4). 
• Provided training for personnel on ENDEVOR and the complete turnover process. Most
  recently conducted a class at CA/World on Local and Remote Shipping Destinations. 
• Conducted Class A, B and C Business Continuity Disaster Recovery exercises.  

• Designed and coded environments, systems, types, processors, and processor groups.

• Technical Lead of a team of four administrators.

• Facilitated all FDC, FDR, FDIC and client requested audits with Ernst & Young.

• Tested and implemented all software upgrades to the Endevor product.
